Focused Inbox Not Appearing in Office 365 ProPlus (Build 1711)

I have a user. This user has Focused Inbox turned on in her O365 portal. In fact, it was on her desktop until her computer crashed. I rebuilt the computer. I installed the latest version of ProPlus on her machine and now there is no Focused Inbox on the View tab.

 

How to I enable the Focused Inbox?

The answer I got was from support. O365 support reset the users account.
