Hi Everyone,
This is my first post and I'm hoping there are some experts out there that will be able to help with this peculiar struggle I am having with outlook.
Whether it's through the web, desktop or mobile Outlook client, I can't seem to remove my "suggested search" history.
When I go to search anything, there is a list of previous searches that I have done and contacts I have interacted with. No matter what I do these now do not disappear and don't seem to be overwritten by new searches.
The suggested searches may be based on who I've had the most e-mail traffic with (my ex-girlfriend being one of them) and I don't wish to see this every time I click into my e-mails. I also have some confidential information that I have searched for (National Insurance number) and I don't want this to be visible if at any point someone is looking over my shoulder.
I am flabbergasted to find that not only is this not a simple solution but what's more surprising is Microsoft's complete lack of support!
Would be greatly appreciated if somebody can help me with this.
