Hello,
I have been trying to export my emails in Outlook for MAC (Version 16.54), but the Export menu is completely greyed out. I have checked the forum for possible solution and it seems many have found success by switching back to old version and then seeing the export button become active.
The problem i'm facing is that the email accounts that using are added in the 'New Outlook', so when i'm switching back to 'Old' Version, i'm not seeing those accounts.
How Can i Save my emails then? Is there an outside solution which i can use? Any help would be appreciated.
