Hi NCMtnView,
you can try these options:
Recover Deleted Items:
- Deleted Items folder: Check the “Deleted Items” folder within your Outlook calendar. If your missing data is there, right-click and choose “Restore” to bring it back.
- Recoverable Items folder: If the data isn’t in the Deleted Items folder, try the “Recoverable Items” folder. This hidden folder stores recently deleted items.
- Access it by:
- Go to the email folder list in Outlook.
- Select “Deleted Items.” folder
- Click on the “Restore last deleted Items in this folder.”
- Access it by:
Repair Data (.PST and .OST):
- Use the built-in repair tool Scan.pst for your Outlook data file (PST or OST) to fix potential corruption that might be causing the data loss.
