Exchange Online (Plan 1) - Group Emails - Your request can’t be completed right now

Having this problem with one group on a client tenancy and only seems to happen to one user.


Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try removing/re-adding the user to the group?

Thanks for the response. I've tried removing and re-adding to the group. Also tried changing group from public to private and that worked for a bit but it broke again. I've even added to another account that didn't have it and worked perfectly only seems to not work on this one account.
