I use Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2016
Almost daily I get the following message from Outlook:
It looks like we don't have permission to get email for desmachin@tiscali.co.uk
Account Status:
The last successful sync was on 03/04/2021 09:37:22 UTC.
How to Fix It
If you're using the new Mail experience in Outlook.com:

If you're using the Classic version of Outlook.com:

Note: To stop receiving these notifications, please remove or fix the connected account that's not syncing.
Microsoft will never ask for your password over email.
This system notification isn't an email message and you can't reply to it.
The Tiscali account is very old, I haven't used it for years and it isn't listed as an account in Outlook.
Any ideas on how to stop this message?

Hi!
Maybe it will be a stupid answer, but if you no longer use this address, and you have a password for it is the easiest - remove!
Or in its settings remove access for Outlook, in the settings of this mail !

I still have a query - is there an additional alias in Outlook > settings> there is an additional alias and can you remove it from your Microsoft account when you sign in to Outlook settings?
