Error code 19928 Could not synchronise record

I'm using Outlook for Mac (Build: 16.34.20020900) and on two mailmessages I get a sync error:

Searching for solutions I could only find a reference to Outlook for Mac 2011 and Exchange 2010; https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/help/2556352/changekey-is-required-for-this-operation-error-mess...

Any ideas?

@Richard van DijkWere you able to resolve your Issue, as i am experiencing the same thing. However there are no fixes for Outlook for MAC Version 16 anywhere.

@Keav405Unfortunately this problem isn't resolved and still persists. An fresh install of outlook hasn't made any difference either.
