Enhancements to Outlook Calendar's "Working Elsewhere" calendar Status

Copper Contributor

With more and more staff working hybrid it would be nice to have the "Working Elsewhere" calendar status to be configured to act like "Free". This would make it so that people can still us the AutoPick feature in the Scheduling Assistant. This could also be used as a trigger to tell the meeting organizer that it has to be a Teams meeting or other online meeting provider since some attendees are marked as "Working Elsewhere"

Currently the "Working Elsewhere" status acts as busy and prevents people from using the AutoPick during times that they have a calendar entry with the "Working Elsewhere" status.

There are some improvements coming in this space, and even more if you consider the Places app (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/blog/2022/10/12/introducing-microsoft-places-turn-your...). But for any feature suggestion, best post it over at the Feedback portal (or vote existing similar suggestions): https://feedbackportal.microsoft.com/feedback/forum/89a8afa3-2e1c-ec11-b6e7-0022481f8472

@Vasil Michev is there a feedback portal for GCC customers?

Your access to this website has been restricted.

Community feedback is currently supported for MSA, as well as AAD users in commercial clouds.
Just login with a Microsoft ID, I don't think the Outlook team in particular has a GCC-specific instance of the portal.
