Emails sent from Outlook/Microsoft Exchange end up in spam folder recipient, but not for all of them

Hi all,

We just got onboard of the Microsoft 365 platform with our business.

We setup the domain settings to allow Microsoft to take over all the DNS settings etc from our mail/website hosting company (Strato) so that it is all routed via Microsoft.

Strangely enough, if we send out emails to gmail accounts, they end up in the inbox.
If we send out an email to an emailaddress which is on microsoft exchange but with customized emailaddress (like @debdc.nl), it ends up in the inbox.
If we send out an email to an emailaddress which ends with outlook.com, live.nl or hotmail.com, they end up in the spam folder.

There must be something wrong with the DNS records I see as an admin in our domain, is there someone here who can advise?

This is a screenshot of the current settings.

I see quite a few CNAME settings, perhaps there something is off.
Any guidance is much appreciated since we don't want the emails of our users to end by default in the spambox.

Many thanks in advance.
