No emails are being delivered to  Emails downloading to Outlook inbox without issue.  Suggestions on how to fix the problem gratefully accepted. :)

Issue is not clear, please explain more..

who is sender?

who is recipient?

if not delivered, any bounceback to sender?

if not delivered, any where stuck on recipient end? may be spam filter? may be went in recipient's junk? may be in deleted items?
