Emails in a shared mailbox as being listed as unread even it is read by another user

Hi Team, 

 

Could anyone help with a solution for this? 

 

We have a couple users that are noticing emails in a shared mailbox as being listed as unread even though they have been read by other users of the same shared mailbox. Is this a known issue or is there a fix for it?

We are using O365 outlook client
