Email signature not appearing consistently in OWA

%3CLINGO-SUB%20id%3D%22lingo-sub-2300011%22%20slang%3D%22en-US%22%3EEmail%20signature%20not%20appearing%20consistently%20in%20OWA%3C%2FLINGO-SUB%3E%3CLINGO-BODY%20id%3D%22lingo-body-2300011%22%20slang%3D%22en-US%22%3E%3CP%3EWe%20have%20a%20user%20that%20has%20his%20signature%20set%20up%20properly%20in%20OWA%20but%20it%20is%20not%20consistently%20being%20added%20to%20new%20messages%20that%20he%20creates.%20I%20tried%20clearing%20his%20browser%20cache%20and%20that%20did%20not%20fix%20the%20problem.%20I%20haven't%20had%20him%20try%20it%20yet%20in%20another%20browser%20as%20I%20don't%20want%20him%20to%20have%20to%20change%20his%20default%20browser%20just%20for%20this.%20I%20believe%20he's%20using%20Chrome%20as%20his%20default.%20Any%20ideas%20as%20to%20what%20could%20cause%20this%3F%20It%20seems%20to%20be%20intermittent%2C%20which%20makes%20it%20hard%20to%20troubleshoot.%3C%2FP%3E%3C%2FLINGO-BODY%3E

We have a user that has his signature set up properly in OWA but it is not consistently being added to new messages that he creates. I tried clearing his browser cache and that did not fix the problem. I haven't had him try it yet in another browser as I don't want him to have to change his default browser just for this. I believe he's using Chrome as his default. Any ideas as to what could cause this? It seems to be intermittent, which makes it hard to troubleshoot.
