desktop display notification of new emails from shared mailboxes - and while your at it.
how do we get this turned on as the whole point of the exchange environment is to have a dynamic environment and a shared mailbox is so that the users who are spread around the country can all work together and get desktop alerts as no user should ever be signing to add and remove mailboxes ?
Please fix this urgent !
while your at it, can you actually fix search and allow the user to set the from address to be the shared mailbox including having the sent item being stored in the sent items of that particular sent items folder mailbox (that is the shared mailbox)
