I am running outlook 2016.
I enabled the conversation view which is supposed to show sent and deleted items but it is only showing sent items and any items that I deleted ( just sent trash but not permanently deleted) does not appear in the conversation view nor is it in the trash folder.
After I turned off the conversation view emails for once again showing in the trash folder. But the emails that I sent to the trash "just by pressing delete" are no longer available?
any ideas.
