deleted emails do not disappear from the filtered list

when filtering to unread and try to delete one by one or in bulk the number of emails decreases but the emails are not deleted from the list

I am an independent advisor responding to Outlook questions.

I was unable to recreate your issue.  This is a weird behavior since filtering applies to the current folder that you are working in.

In both Windows and Web, I filtered unread messages, and when I deleted an item, it was removed from the list immediately.

Do the deleted emails appear in the unread filtered list after you refresh [F5] the screen?
