I have one user who is running Outlook 2016 who has an issue with printing an email which contains Chinese characters. When they click to print, it takes approximately 10-15 minutes to show a preview and then takes another 10-15 minutes to print out.
I have updated the user to Outlook 2016 and the latest updates to Windows 7 64bit.
This user is the only one having this issue. All other users have been able to print this message with no issues.
It is not only this message, but any with Chinese characters. All other messages work just fine.
