Contact lists on mobile

Hi, I created a couple of contact lists in my desktop Outlook (clicked on New Contact Group and added a bunch of contacts)....I see these lists in my Outlook but not my mobile (outlook app or native). How can I do this? A tool like Cirasync is unable to do this.

did you changed the main account in your contact setting to be the mentioned account .
