Characters are garbled in email body

receive a email from a company Costa and Samsung  but the email is or garbled letter and figures etc anyone know how to resolve this problem

Are you seeing the internet message header or HTML code?
Are you (or the sender) using an account hosted at Yahoo?
What are you using for antivirus?

I've seen several reports of this over the last few days. Yahoo seems to be a factor, maybe 3rd party antivirus. [Yahoo is updating their servers (limiting downloads to 10,000 messages) - the updates could be the cause, but the issue seems sporadic. ]

 fix the problem delete account and install again @Diane_Poremsky_MVP
