Hi,
When I send an email from a newly added IMAP email address (run from Siteground) the receiver sees the email address and not my name. They should see my name as it's simply not professional otherwise.
It is something the app on iOS allows but I cannot find it on the desktop version. I thought it might be during set-up, so I deleted the account and started again but it's not there either.
Please tell me I'm doing something wrong because surely it IS there and they haven't just forgotten to put it in this version?
