Recently i've had some users complain that there shared mailboxes no longer show a preview on the Lock screen, instead all it says ist "New Message, Open Outlook ... ". This is no problem for there main mailbox. All settings are like always and i've tried numerous workarounds from different communities. Was there a change i overlooked or does no one else see this problem?
