Change the pending approval email for managed rooms

Is there a way to change/alter the email that goes out stating that your request is pending approval for managed rooms?  We would like to show who the delegates are in case the user needs to contact them.

You could potentially put a message in the booking options tab for the room mailbox as shown below.

Hi,  I saw that but I think that only gets added to the Approved/Rejected email, not the Pending Approval email.






I wasn't entirely sure, and didn't have the opportunity to test, but thought it was worth a mention.  :smile:
