I have Outlook for Office 365 app inside Windows10:-
and i added 2 Office 365 accounts + one personal outlook account, but all the data files will be added under this folder:-
C:\Users\mohan\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook
but i want to change the location to my D drive. but i am unable to do so, when i selected an account i do not have any option to change the location:-

Hi @john john - You cannot change the OST file location on the existing Outlook profile. You will need to create a new Outlook profile and then configure the OST file path location as required. In accordance with your instructions, I successfully changed the location to the.ost data file using the registry on my Outlook 365 client. Please take these methods to determine if it differs from your operation:
NOTE:
It should be mentioned that if you accidentally edit the registry, bad things might happen. Before operating, kindly create a backup of the registry.)
