I feel trapped or even held hostage by Spectrum, in regards to my email account with Outlook. Spectum claims to be protecting, MY PERSONAL ADDRESS BOOK which contains all my email addresses on Outlooks Website.
I have spoken to Spectrum and even have begged them to give me back my address book. They claim they are “protecting” my contacts because it is personal information. Yes, it is. Why is Spectrum even in OUTLOOK???
On various occasions of the abuse, Spectrum has deleted my address book or is scrambling it or allowing only a third of my contacts to be shown.
Outlook please protect us.
Spectrum STAY OUT OF MY BUSINESS.
