I get the message:
"We couldn't log on to the incoming (IMAP) server. Please check you email address and password and try again."
I CAN login to gmail with chrome. I swapped out the motherboard and CPU yesterday and had to revalidate Office. As far as I know Office continued to work the rest of the day. The issue started happening last night. It does look like Windows installed two updates last night:
I have not tried to roll those back yet.

@flycast Hi. Wondering if you ever solved this. Having the exact same issue. I'm trying to figure out if it's something to do with BitLocker being enabled? Feels like there is an old profile I can't remove, even after fully uninstalling Office.
