Can't add new account in Outlook

My Email service provider is Shaw Cable Canada(webmail@shawca).  On my PC I've used Outlook to read and send my emails for DECADES. i just created a new account. No problem to send and receive emails within its website. However, in Outlook when I want to add this account I got the first screen shot. What do those icons mean??? Is it so hard to put a banner with  explanation what an average user should do? (Don't think everybody has the tech knowledge like you. Just like you know nothing about brain surgery nor architectural bylaw requirements) Naturally I chose, error message in the 2nd screen shot.
