Can no longer reply/forward emails on behalf of my CEO

Hi,

 

Yesterday, I became unable to reply/forward any emails as a delegate. My CEO has removed and re-added me and nothing has changed.

 

The send button is greyed out, and when i go to reply it then says unable to create new message.

 

This happened back in September and was down for 2 weeks! It seemed to fix itself which i believe it was an update done by outlook. I can't wait 2 weeks again!

 

Please can someone help?
