My hotmail/outlook account is locked. The weird thing is that I still can log in on my Microsoft account but when I click on the Outlook option it shows the "401 - Unauthorized: Access is denied due to invalid credentials."
I have followed all the suggestions I found here and nothing worked... I clear my browser, changed the password of my account, and still I am stuck out of my outlook environment.
Please, any idea of what can be done.
