Calendar from Gmail is not syncing

My work email is using Gmail as backend. When i add the email to outlook, it asks me if i want to use Microsoft Apps and Services or syncing directly with Gmail. 

 

If I used Apps & Services, the calendar is not syncing at all. If I used sync directly with Gmail, I cannot use any plugins (like zoom) or use the scheduling assistance as the information is always unavailable. 

 

I tried to remove the account and add it again but nothing happens. I tried to remove account from all devices but no luc.

 

I use Outlook for Mac. OS: Catalina
