Blocked Account

Good Day

I need help unlocking my personal account, every time I enter my cell numbers to get the security code, I get this error "Invalid request. Please try again”. when I try again then I get "Usage limit exceeded. Try again tomorrow.”  

I have waited the 24hr period but the same thing keeps happening, I cannot keep waiting, can some one help me unlock my account or direct me the relevant platform? 

I’ve tried calling the support centre in my region but I’m referred back to the online platform that hasn’t helped in my case.

@Nhlanhlayakhe I am having the same issues with no support from Microsoft team. My entire life is in my email account and I can’t access any other products or apps without it
