Backup/Archive mailboxes of organization

Hi, everyone

We are using Microsoft 365 in our company of around 150 employees. I am looking for an email Backup/archive solution that can store outlook mailbox of every single employee for around 10 years. Is there any solution to archive emails in SharePoint Online or OneDrive? I tried by creating flow and it was working fine but it has some limitations. Please suggest a solution to store emails (and MS Teams chats if possible) in a central repository.
