Automatically opening an add-in when the user opens a new meeting request

Hi there,

 

I programmed a meeting agenda application for Desktop Outlook. When a user creates a new meeting invite, they click on this meeting agenda in the ribbon to open it in a task pane.

 

Is it possible to have this add-in open automatically when a user creates a new meeting?

 

It's mainly for the desktop version, but we may need it for the web as well.
