Auto email follow up if no response is received

Hello, we are using 365 for our business.  We send out many emails to customers / vendors that require responses.  Quite often we do not get those responses and my team has to remember they received no response and then send a follow up email(s).    


I'm wondering if there is a way to flag an email that is sent out to send automatic replies at certain intervals only if no response was returned?
