We have a user here who gets this message several times a day, her Outlook works fine apart from this. She had a private email set up on her Outlook but his has been removed, still the problem persists. Any ideas? She's using Outlook for desktop.

I am having the same issue. I am on Windows 11. My outlook has two Office 365 email accounts.

I am having the same issue as well. Every time I restart my computer I am prompted with several of these windows asking if I am adding or updating my email. @gaylasmith
