The origins of this problem date back 18 months. I parked the issue at that point and used another email solution. I now want to get back to Outlook. I run Windows 11 and have just done a full check of my Office setup.
When trying to fire Outlook up, even in safe mode, I get an error message which finishes "C;\progra~1\common~1\Apple\Intern~1\APLZOD64.DLL make sure service correctly installed and configured".
I have uninstalled and reinstalled icloud. I have tried to follow some online advice about using regedit to add a line to security options for Outlook.
Googled advice has seemingly got me nowhere. Whatever I do, I get the same message
