Android Outlook App images inline

Copper Contributor

Our Android users complain that when adding an image to an email through the Outlook App this image is added inline instead of as attachment.

We advised them the workaround to use the web access to be able to add images as attachments to an email.

Is there another way to add images as attachments (instead of inline) to an email using the Outlook app on Android ?

Kind regards,

I don't think this is phone O/S specific. I have both Android and iPhone users and the Outlook app on both send pictures inline now, instead of as attachments.

There is no shrink to fit option for printing inline pictures, So, now when my users try to print their 8 megapixel pictures that are inline in the Outlook messages, they can only print a quarter or less of the pictures.
This is not acceptable to my users or the techs who are trying to support the users.
