Always landing in my Junk folder!!

My Partner Organization is sending me emails which are always landing in my Junk folder. I want to know why and how can I solve it?

You can add the organization domain ( to your Safe list.


Outlook Online:

  • Click on the Settings Icon
  • Search and select "Safe senders and domains"
  • Click on +Add
  • Type the company's domain name, which follows the @ symbol
