All emails are in plain text format for POP3 accounts Outlook

Hello,

My emails are showing HTML links as Plain text. In researching I have found that Version 1906 Build 16.0.11727.20230 corrects this issue but I can not find where to download.

Does anyone know how to correct this issue?

I have reinstall Office 2021 2 times, performed both type of repairs and it does not correct the issue.
