Address Book Sort Order in Outlook 2007

I had a motherboard die so I had to install everything from scratch. After installing MS Office I find that the address book in Outlook is sorted by first name. I went to Tools > Options > Contacts and Notes > Contact Options and set Default Full Name order = Last First and Default File As order = Last, First.

But the Address Book is still ordered by first name. What am I missing?
