Add contact list in the Outlook

Hi,

We are using Exchange to create emails for Company Employees. We are trying to search the way to add/import a list of emails in the outlook so if someone try to type in the TO, CC, BCC then it gives us the available names in the list.

To clarify - Are you looking to create emails or contacts to be available for your users? If contacts, do you have a list of contacts that you want to be available for all your users, or does each user have a list of contacts?

We have option to go with
1- by adding an email list OR
2- exchange (our hosting) emails link with the outlook

Please advise
