Add AD Attribute to Contact Card with GPO

I am trying to add the AD attribute ipPhone to the contact card in Outlook. We are using Office 2016 and I have configured the Replace AD - Work2 and Replace Label - Work 2 GPO but the field still does not show up on the Outlook contact card. Has anyone gotten this to successfully work? 

Here is what the registry keys look like for the GPO's I configured.
