Account recovery form link not working.

Hi 

This is Jacqui 

I have received the account recovery link but still unable to recover my Microsoft account. 

Every time I use the email link it is asking for a code. 

After entering the code, the website is not accepting the code.

Sorry, what I meant was I have not received a verification code and there is no way to request one.

It says "I have a code" when I select this I get a field to enter a code, but I do not have one, it then says "use a different verification option" when I select this, it takes me back to the previous page.
