I'm in desperate need of help, but can't seem to reach Microsoft anywhere. Hope this community can help me out.
Last week, I have created a new Outlook account. Everything was totally fine untill yesterday. I received a notification of the Outlook app stating that I had to sign in again. So I tried and got a message that my account is blocked. I have done almost nothing with the account yet, so that's pretty strange. I signed in again, got the code on my other recovery email address and after that I have to send myself an SMS code. Filling in my phone number keeps giving me the notification that Microsoft can't send an SMS to that phone number (or any other phone number I try). So, I'm now stuck with an account that has been blocked for no reason and a solution that does not seem to work.
