Access to send emails on behalf of me but not see inbox?

I would like to allow my executive assistant to be able to send emails on my behalf, but not see my inbox. I have confidential emails in my inbox that she cannot legally see. I often use email to start conversations with new potential customers & would like to allow her to send standard emails to help save me some time. Is this possible?

Thank you in advance!

You don't need to grant her access to your inbox (or any other folder) for that to work, those are two separate sets of permissions. In fact, the best thing to do here is avoid using the "Delegate" dialog in Outlook, and ask someone with admin access to directly grant her "Send on behalf of" (or "Send As", depending on whose name you want to see in those sent emails) permissions on your mailbox.
