Thanks for the help on the earlier post.  Two more questions ....

Can you do a bulk upload of contacts to Outlook Customer Manager?

Can you connect it to other apps?  For example, can I use the contacts in OCM as a reference in a SharePoint list?

Hi Bill,

Can you do a bulk upload of contacts to Outlook Customer Manager?

Yes. You can stored these contacts in a .CSV file and import it to OCM. For more info, please refer to:

Currently, Outlook Customer Manager has integrated with Microsoft Flow, so you can create workflows between appsintegrated with Microsoft Flow, so you can create workflows  between apps and see all your data in Outlook.

It is suggested that you submit feedback via the link below to share your impressive comments:

Hi Lance

Is it possible to create a Flow in the opposite direction, so that a Company created in OCM can be synchronised to a list in SharePoint?

This looks like it would be better, as it would allow for the Bing integration to complete the Company record before sharing with SharePoint (if I'm correct).

Thanks
