customer is not able to launch outlook customer manager.  We have tried to completely removed and readded still getting same error message

Hi Shrey,

 

Please clear the cache of your IE browser with the steps below and check if the issue can be fixed. 

                1. Please go to IE settings > General > Settings under Browsing history > Caches and databases. 

                2. Delete cache files for the website "outlookapps.com". 

                3. Then, restart Outlook 2016. 

 

Meanwhile, please tell us which Outlook application you use. Outlook 2016 for Windows client, Outlook for Mac 2016 client or Outlook Web App? Also, tell us the detailed version of the Outlook client you use.

You could ask the affected user to try to join the OCM modern group from OWA.

"outlookapps.com"  this is not showing under caches and databases. customer is using outlook 2016 and version 1708.

I have tried to add that person on modern group as well but still getting same issue. 

I am attaching OCM logs please check and let me know. I will be waiting for your answer.

Hi Shrey,

 

Please remove the Outlook Customer Manager license and re-assign it to try if the problem persists. Also, please check if you can see Outlook Customer Manager in Outlook Web App. Disable it and re-enable it to check if it helps.
