I am in the process of evaluating OCM for my company and finally was able to start using OCM last week. As of now I'm still unable to import our .csv file of contacts that was originally exported from our previous verison of Business Contact Manager.
I'm finding that fields that clearly exist in the Customer tab like telephone number can't be found in step 2 of the import when I try to match up the columns.
Once I match up the columns and make it to "Step 4: Checking your file" the software simply hangs up. I've tried several different .csv files and never made it past step 4.
Has anyone actually been able to upload a .csv file of contacts?

@Nathaniel Mildner - thanks for reporting the issue. We have a bug with phone number that we are working on a fix. The fix is planned to be rolled out on our next service update for end of this month.

Right - same; and also, "Company," field has no match in OCM - which seems... odd??
I can see that the test record we added to our new OCM installation has: Company, Phone Number, Mobile Phone Number, Home Phone Number and full set of fields for 3 addresses (Business, Home and Other), but the match fields offered by the import function (which isn't working and hangs at, "Step 4 of 6: Checking your file," as noted by Nathaniel) does not offer any of these fields to match. We have a rich data set in our BCM export and hope to minimize our data loss in the OCM import. Hope a full fix for this is pending.

We are working on adding company and phone number as part of our next monthly service update in the beginning of April.
