Hallo, start using customer manager i can see the in and outgoing mails from my account.

In our compny we have shared folders - because customers should write to master-mail-adresses like info at company.com or office at compny.com - not specively to a person.
And because of this, it is important, to see also all these mails.
And also the team ...

What do i have to setup?
Or is this actually not possible? If yes, is in on roadmap for a short period?

Without this feature we cannot use the ocm - this is a basic function in the system, whis is shown like a small crm.

@quinfe your scenario is best accomplished by using mailbox delegation, shared mailboxes or Outlook Groups. Either of those will allow multiple users to collaborate on the same emails - without OCM.

Hallo, thanks for the response.
Actually, all team members can access different folders with the mails.

Basicly we ace searching for a basic function of a crm - and ocm ist tols by microsoft, is like a small crm, that i have one screen and can see all mails of every team member and the customer - in and out.

 

I am not sure, that this is, what you mean?

@quinfeYes, if these emails are sent to info@domain.com, and members have access to that mailbox or email enabled Group, then they will see all received and replied emails to that address
