Outlook Customer Manager was the main reason for me to subscribe to Office365 - it's demise also means that I have now stopped auto-renewing my subscription of office365.

Also, it tells me that Microsoft cannot be trusted as a reliable partner to my business anymore. Why will I trust it's tools and build upon them when they can/will be discontinued at any moment?

I've been a BCM user (discontinued) and then an OCM user (discontinued) and now I'm being pushed to a service that by itself costs twice as much as my Office 365 business premium subscription (and that I can only use if i continue my subscription)?

Better cut the evil at it's roots and find lessy greedy, profit driven, shareholder's-only-concerned partner for my business.

Microsoft, you did it again... the company that just keeps on disappointing. I assume your tax-payer funded tax-break just wasn't enough $$$ to satisfy your greed and keep funding small-business focused applications. Shame on you.

You are the weakest link. Goodbye.

Hi Fredmc,

I totally understand your concern on the inconvenience brought to you. Also I can feel your big interest on Outlook Customer Manager (OCM)! However, the OCM is going to be retired on this June. Although Microsoft hasn't published any information that what will replace OCM. I believe there should be something to take the position of OCM before its retirement.

Anyway, we cherish your feedback and valuable comments.

Regards,

Alan
