Howdy. We've been Business Contact Manager users for several years and now wish to migrate to OCM. We purchased one seat of O365 Biz Premium for a test and I can confirm that by looking at my profile. I created a *.onmicrosoft.com email but I've been using a Gmail account for several years, and it's linked to my instance of Outlook (1708, build 8431.2079). My Microsoft account is connected to an old Yahoo email but I'm not going to connect the Yahoo email to O365.

Now I have two (2) accounts visible in O365: the original account based on the Yahoo email, and a second account based on the *.onmicrosoft.com email. But I think that what's causing the OCM snafu is that I installed O365 from a Home subscription coupla years ago. When I view the O365 admin portal, it says that O365 Biz Premium is active but O365 is not installed on any devices. And yet, I have 3 laptops and a Dell tablet connected to the O365 Home license. I don't wish to reinvent the wheel by downloading O365 again on any device.

How do I fix this? I can't find an OCM manual anywhere. Don't wanna pay U$150 per year per user if this won't work. Thanks much.

Hi Andy,

Outlook Customer Manager requires minimum outlook version of 1611 (Build 7521.2072). To check your outlook version, navigate to Outlook > File > Office Account. It’s recommend that you re-install with the version from the main Office 365 page and use the Office 365 account to active the Outlook client. Your understanding is highly appreciated.

Regards,

Barry
