OCM Something went wrong (1).jpg
User gets this repeatedly when trying to use OCM in Outlook 2016. Same user is unable to modify contacts in OWA.  Have removed and re-added Add-IN and have cleared cache and databases several times to no avail. Please advise.

Did you clear the cache of your IE browser with the steps below ? If not, please do it first
1. Please go to IE settings > General > Settings under Browsing history > Caches and databases.
2. Delete cache files for the website "outlookapps.com".
Then, restart Outlook 2016.

If the issue still exists after trying the methods above, To further troubleshoot this issue, I need to collect some information in the PM I sent to you. Please check.

I've had the same problem (Office 365 Support ticket # 30126-5965720) and was told something will be done but I've had no progress reports yet nor any timings. I was expecting a 24hr fix, perhaps 48hrs but it's beginning to sound like a much bigger problem with Outlook and MS365. Please can you update me with timings?

We are working on the fix for the add-in errors and treat this as our top priority. There are multiple root causes of the issue and depending on your data, you may be running into different issues (but all resulting in a similar add-in error in the UI). We rolled out the fix to one of the main issue late last week and will release the fixes for the remaining issues in the next few weeks. We also have this issue. The PC is a brand new PC with a clean install of Windows 10. I have just installed Office 2016 64bit from Office 365 and I have this issue straight away. My old PC also had the same issue, so it must be in the back end somewhere. Please let me know how to fix the issue. Thanks.
